The phpBB software only facilitates internet based discussions, the phpBB Group are not responsible for what we allow and/or disallow as permissible content and/or conduct. Our portal pages are powered by WordPress (hereinafter “they”, “them”, “their”, “WordPress software”, “www.wordpress.com”, “WordPress”) which is a blogging and content management solution. The license under which the WordPress software is released is the GPLv2 (or later) from the Free Software Foundation. A copy of the license is included with every copy of WordPress, but you can also read the text of the license here. Registration
When registering on Lux Arcana you are expected to keep your password confidential. Sharing this information with another person is forbidden and may result in the loss of membership. You must also agree to our Privacy Policy concerning how we use any data you provide via Lux Arcana.
When posting or commenting on any part of this website, or talking on voice comms, you agree not to post or talk about any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, or the United Kingdom where Lux Arcana is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
You agree that Lux Arcana have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic or comment at any time should we see fit.
You agree that Lux Arcana have the right to cancel your membership and delete your account at any time should we see fit, and ban you from this site.

While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither Lux Arcana or phpBB or WordPress shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
